» Sorry this issue was so late!

We apologize for taking such a long time on this issue. It was difficult to find time to edit and organize this due to the Lord’s will being played out in our lives right now. You can briefly read about it in the “Dear Girls” section, or if you wish to be more up-to-date with the editors, please visit ggmag.blogspot.com. We thank you for your patients and prayers!

» We are happy to welcome 3 new columnists!

We send a warm welcome to Miss Lindsey N. and thank her for her new column “Make a Joyful Noise!” on joy, laughter, and everything in between! Check it out on page 11!

Also, please allow us to welcome Miss Kristin C. and her new column, “For the Lord”. She will be writing in it things to help everyone grasp the meaning of what it means to be "for the Lord". You can find it on page 24!

And, last but not least, we gladly welcome Miss Elisabeth K. along with her column “Women of the Bible”. It is going to be a regular column showing and explaining to you the lives and "good and bads" of Biblical women. You can find it on page 16!

» Also, in addition to the above columnists, we would like to welcome my Grandma, Mrs. Joan M. as the “Godly Girls” food editor! She will be receiving all recipes and choosing the theme in “The Cooking Corner”.

» Wanted: Regular Columnists

We are looking for young ladies or mothers who are willing to be regular columnists for each issue of “Godly Girls” who will encourage others in the Lord and help them in their walk with Jesus. If you are interested in becoming one, please let us know. Thank you!

Dear Sisters,

It has not worked out for me to write for this issue of Godly Girls, due to a very tight schedule this September and some other circumstances in my life. However, the Lord willing, next issue I will begin the series of articles and we will discover together the life of joyfully abiding in Christ!

Dear Godly Girls, Please accept my apologies for not being able to write a column for this issue. The best explanation for this would be that I am finding so much joy in babies that I can’t possibly tear myself away from my little bundle of joy to write a whole article. Love in Christ,

» Next Issue…

The 3 next issues, Lord willing, are going to be about the Biblical roles in our families as in Psalm 128. The next issue’s feature is going to be about joys of children and siblings. Please note that this is about the joys rather than how to get along with them. Although we would appreciate submissions on getting along with them, this subject has been previously featured (if you are interested it is available for $2.00) and we are looking more for the joys and benefits of having children and/or siblings. Please consider the ways in which they have blessed you and your family, the ways in which they are a joy to you, the ways in which you can see the Lord’s hand in each one of them, and any other ways that you might be called by the Lord to write about. Any other non-thematic submissions are always welcomed and enjoyed! Please send in all submissions by December 15!

We are looking for high-quality pictures of your family and siblings. Along with the entries please send the names and ages of the people in the pictures. You may send in as many pictures as you’d like of any or all of the members of your family. The winning picture(s) will be featured on the cover of next issue and will have a free issue added onto their subscription. Any or all entries may be used within the issue or future issues.
